FSYR’s Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

If your company or organization has an EAP contract with FSYR, you can call our offices directly to arrange an appointment at: 1-888-223-3999.

If your company has an FSEAP with another Family Service organization, please call your EAP office to start the referral process. We are here to help!
