The Virtual Walk-In is an opportunity for you to speak to a therapist the same day or next day. If you live or work in York Region and are needing support with coping, parenting, struggles with relationships, bullying, anxiety, depression, stress, family, or couple conflict or finding the right service for you then the Virtual Walk-In may be able to help.
How Does it Work?
The Walk-In is operated on a first come, first serve basis, and can be accessed once per month by those living or working in York Region. Virtual appointments can be 15 minutes to 1.5 hours long depending on your specific needs.
