Individual Counselling
To assist in coping with stressful life situations, emotional distress or relationship
difficulties by enhancing effective coping strategies, self-esteem, and strengthening
supportive relationships. Individual counselling specically for women who have
experienced partner abuse or sexual

Family & Child Counselling
To address the complexities and difficulties of family life through the development
of effective communication and strengthening of family relationships

Couple Counselling
To focus on the resolution of couple conflict and
enhance communication,
intimacy and mutual sharing.

Group Services
Group Services program provides individuals, couples, families and children the opportunity to meet with others experiencing similar life situations to gain new information, share problem-solving strategies and develop mutual supports.

Counselling Services for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual,
Transgender Individuals
The service is aimed at assisting individuals facing issues such as, coming out, sexual and gender orientation issues, life transitions, family relationships, work place discrimination and aging.

or your appearance
• are subjected to name-calling or swearing
• feel intimidated or threatened by your partner
• have no access to money that is controlled by your partner
• have been forced into sexual behaviour
• have been kicked, hit, shoved, or had things thrown at you
